雖然是免費停放，但花錢蓋了立體停車場卻無維護，導致外牆磁磚脫落、地板破損、環境髒亂，裡面停放汽車長期佔用當自家停車格，真正有需求停車的人卻找不到停車格，請徹底清查管理!
