The original large, middle and small classes of the park were approved by the Taipei Municipal Government Education Bureau in February 1985 to add 1 class of mixed age (large and medium), a total of 4 classes, and a total of 120 students. In addition, on January 17, 1998, the small class of the kindergarten was canceled and the small class of the nursery school was approved by the Education Bureau and the Social Bureau. The TIGP Building (Taiwan International Graduate Program) of Academia Sinica has a private kindergarten on the first floor, Tingyuan No. 75. In addition to the children of Academia Sinica employees, it also enrolls students. The second and third floors of the building, No. 75/1, are the International Graduate Teaching Center.

The private kindergarten attached to the Academia Sinica has a long history. The new site is located on the first floor of the International Graduate Building TIGP. Only the school-age children of academicians and staff, including foreign staff, graduate students, and other family members are recruited. Because the teaching method and environmental equipment adopt the international synchronization method, the number of places is limited and the school must be drawn. Young children are divided into five classes, small, middle and large, with a total of about 150 students, and more than 50 students graduate each year.
