 It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to enter the parking lot of the Grand Hotel. There are not many people, but the view is excellent. It is a good place to take pictures of airplanes.

約20至30分鐘可至劍潭山觀景平台，一旁即是醒目的中廣圓山微波站，這邊有洗手間很方便。
觀景台展望極好，一覽台北市區、松山機場與基隆河景致。
Starting from the archway in Yuanshan Scenic Area, Zhongshan North Road, the stairs will go up all the way, and you will panic a little.
It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to reach the Jiantan Mountain viewing platform, and the eye-catching Zhongguang Yuanshan Microwave Station is next to it. There are toilets here and it is very convenient.
The viewing platform has a great view, with views of Taipei City, Songshan Airport and Keelung River.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 劍潭山爬了很多次，之前都是走另外一條比較平緩的路上下山，第一次走到這裡來！發現這裡的風景不輸給老地方觀機平台，而且人潮也比較少。
Jiantan Mountain has climbed many times, before going down the mountain on another relatively gentle road, this is the first time to come here! I found that the scenery here is not inferior to the old place viewing platform, and the crowds are relatively small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在劍潭山「市區觀景平台」（一座用作眺望臺北的觀景平台，視野很好）旁的一座電塔。由中山北路登山口往二等三角點時會經過，一旁有公廁，對觀光客跟常來爬山的山友們來說十分方便。
An electric tower next to Jiantan Mountain's "Urban Viewing Platform" (a viewing platform for viewing Taipei, with a good view). There is a public toilet on the side, which is very convenient for tourists and mountain friends who often come to climb the mountain.
