★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這是個老聚落,市場的本身規模不大,造成現在的人聲鼎沸,人潮擁擠的原因,是商家將騎樓租于外來的臨時攤販,本地的海鮮業者及小農,見有機可乘,也順勢參一角,即成現今混雜無章的亂象,人群,機車和汽車(轎車.貨車).流動攤販一齊搶空間,也經常險象叢生。雖然轄區的警力也管理和排除,並且妥善規劃,但是流動攤販和機車,就成了中正市場每日隱藏的不定時炸彈…………。
目前潮州分局似乎有心整頓,也開始有一些動作和成效,看得出來,似乎沒有壯士斷腕的決心和魄力………應該還會拖一陣子吧!!!
