★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet, peaceful and yet it is Keelung’s most prominent hillside park.There are many temples, paths, platforms and levels to explore here. Make sure to check out the Ghost Festival museum and one of the largest statues in Taiwan -- the Goddess of Mercy. It’s a great place to get a panoramic view of the harbor, city and hollywood sign. Especially beautiful place to watch the sunset or even to visit the giant Totoro mural!

A must do if you are in Keelung city. I would highly advice visiting the place.
Getting there walking would take you long time so I would suggest going or coming back by taxi or even both.
You can rest at the top and enjoy the beautiful scene and have a nice tea or even a meal in the restaurant next to the place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a nice little hike you can see the city port from the top. The temple is older but nice. You can climb inside the white statue just beware because the steps are very steep. Once on top there are little peep holes for another beautiful view of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the best and peaceful temples of the Keelung. Temple has many beautiful idols of different Gods with attractive and eye-catching colors. The temples are surrounded by green trees and mountains which make them peaceful and calm places for meditation and yoga. It is located close to the marine time plaza and you can visit the entrance of the temple by public transportation and at the end, you have to climb the stairs which are good to see the spectacular view of the city and port of the Keelung. It is one of the recommended places to visit in Keelung.
