開放時間每週五~日 早上9:00~17:00(如開放時間遇到特殊假日，如端午節.中秋節等，照常開放)

要到周氏圖書館的話，可以搭204號公車(只有這一班車會經過)
搭204號公車，在市民活動中心(綜合體育場的下一站)那一站下車就可以了
