Quiet country trails beside urban roads. The Penghu Grottoes are two to five kilometers in length and are a dual-use irrigation system. During the Japanese occupation period, they used water from the storage ponds for irrigation to grow agricultural products. Such ponds were called "Pingwo Grottoes". Rectified the name for "Penghu Caves". Along the line is composed of No. 1 to No. 5 plates in series, of which No. 2 and No. 3 have springs and abundant water sources throughout the year. In view of the fact that the slopes and channels of the ponds often collapse, and there are overgrown weeds, they are muddy and difficult to navigate along the way, which is extremely inconvenient. The plan is specially designed according to the original topography and the construction is guided by the "ecological engineering method". The project is carried out in three phases. The first phase will improve the communication channel between the second and third plates, and the length is about 330 meters. The trail runs along the channel, with seats in the middle, fitness horizontal bars, and children’s wooden horses. There are green rice waves and sparkling water on both sides. It is a good place to go for a walk in the evening and autumn.
