也蠻多人在讀書的，氛圍不錯
每個月大概有一次遇到對面的廟辦活動

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 竹北市立圖書館從原本中正西路舊址遷來此處，預計於2017年4月正式開放。這裏同時也是福德里民活動中心。外觀甚是可愛有特色，路對面就是香火鼎盛的德馨宮。
The Zhubei City Library has been moved from the original site of Zhongzheng West Road and is expected to be officially opened in April 2017. It is also the center of the Ford Limin Center. The appearance is very cute and distinctive, and across the road is the Dexin Palace, which is full of incense.

The first time I met the library at noon, it was so troublesome, otherwise it’s not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環境很好，有充足的座位，有一樓的期刊閱覽專區與二樓的自修室
光源非常充足而且有廁所與飲水機，基本上在這裡坐上一天都不是問題。
The environment is very good, there are plenty of seats, the periodical reading area on the first floor and the study room on the second floor
The light source is abundant and there are toilets and drinking fountains, basically it is not a problem to sit here for a day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新的竹北圖書館很漂亮，假日好去處！而且有汽機車停車場，比舊的圖書館方便多了！汽車停車場出入口在三民路，機車停車場在圖書館側邊一整排都可停，行人要由福德街正門進出。
The new Zhubei Library is beautiful and a great place for holidays! And there is a parking lot for cars and motorcycles, much more convenient than the old library! The entrance and exit of the car parking lot are at Sanmin Road. The parking lot for locomotive can be parked in a whole row at the side of the library.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 附近有三民地下停車場，在福德宮前面，週邊不是很好停車。 新竹縣的鄉鎮借書證可以在這裡使用，總共有2層樓，一樓是閱報、雜誌、童書區，二樓則是分類圖書區，書籍不是很多，也有點舊。
There is Sanmin underground parking lot nearby, in front of Fude Palace, parking is not very good around. The township library card in Hsinchu County can be used here. There are 2 floors in total. The first floor is the newspaper, magazine, and children's book area, and the second floor is the classified book area. There are not many books and it is a bit old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 圖書館一樓能夠閱覽報張雜誌還有兒童圖書，
二樓有自修區和圖書區，
外面有溜滑梯給小孩放電遊玩，
一樓有哺乳室/飲水機，
廁所也算蠻乾淨的，
圖書館無法自助借閱，
館內兒童區有國高中生在那邊寫作業，
甚至用手機開擴音聊天，
覺得館員可以多加管理以維護圖書館品質。
On the first floor of the library, you can read newspapers, magazines and children’s books.
There is a study area and a library area on the second floor.
There is a slide outside for children to play,
There is a breastfeeding room/water dispenser on the first floor,
The toilet is quite clean,
The library can’t borrow for self-service,
There are high school students in the children’s area doing homework over there.
Even use a mobile phone to open a loudspeaker chat,
I feel that librarians can do more management to maintain the quality of the library.
