★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 竹北就業中心的工作人員，都很熱誠，有效率，多年前，跟今天去，都沒有改變，服務很熱心，縣政府人員真的要跟服務中心人員多學習，縣府工作人員很難才找的到人，有主辦ㄧ個案件，主辦到一半就留職停薪的，問其他工作人員只回答，不是我的業務我不知道。
 The staff of Zhubei Employment Center are very enthusiastic and efficient. Many years ago, I went to today, and nothing has changed. The service is very enthusiastic. The county government staff really have to learn more from the service center staff. It is difficult for the county staff to learn I found someone who hosted a case, and stayed without pay until half of the sponsorship. I asked other staff members only to answer. I don’t know if it’s not my business.
