★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常好的運動學習成長地點，竹光運動中心，在地的好鄰居，設備齊全乾淨，還有各項活動課程可以上課，小孩上空手道課程消耗體力，大人健身房放空休息，讓小孩了解如果遠離陌生人，脫離危險，校園對抗霸凌，健身防身增加免疫力，國家級教練真的很有經驗，穿插趣味肢體協調小遊戲，讓空手道更有趣，快樂學習空手道。教練的道館離家有點距離，來這方便輕鬆離家近，等小孩高段後要比賽，在去道館集訓。空手道課程真的很推薦唷。
