During the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday on September 19, 2021, I was told that "water and electricity were broken and could not be repaired immediately", so I was forced to cancel and cannot move in. But why did I see bright lights when I passed by at 6 pm, and all the parking spaces at the entrance were fully parked. There are many others?
