a	akio yoshida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剪刀石山より金面山歩道竹月寺支線を下山しながら、金面山歩道入口を目指す。下りは楽だろうと思っていたが、鬱蒼とした山道で景色もほとんど見えない。足元もジメジメして滑りやすい。中盤から枕木のような木材の階段状の山道となり快適に進むが、この頃より膝が悲鳴をあげだす。途中で間違ったのか、竹月寺に到着しない。コース終盤近くなって結構な登り道になる。もう限界……。何とか登りきって、最後の下りも膝をかばいながら、ようやく下山。13:30から登り始めて、周回コースを周って、15:00に下山。 Aim for the entrance of Jinmianshan Trail while descending the Jinmianshan Trail Takegetsuji Branch Line from Khao Soi Mountain. 蔡	蔡大緯 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人這次走金面山步道，下山選擇了金面山三角點附近往竹月寺的叉路。這段山路跟之前剪刀石山附近奇岩怪石風景不同，回到了台灣東北角低海拔山區陰暗潮濕的步道風格，但或許是由此上下金面山的人也不少，所以我倒是沒有感覺濕滑，蚊子蜘蛛的騷擾也不多。有趣的是這一段通往竹月寺的步道是由枕木鋪成，走起來可說是相當輕鬆。抵達竹月寺之後這裡有廁所洗手台可以讓你好好休息用餐，竹月寺主祀千手千眼觀世音菩薩，有宗教信仰的登山客也同時可以參拜祈求神明保佑。 I personally took the Jinnian Mountain Trail this time, and went down the mountain and chose the fork road near the triangle point of Jinnian Mountain to Zhuyue Temple. He descended from the Scissors Stone of Jinmian Mountain to the temple. When the weather was hot and sweaty, he was drinking water, and he felt like Buddha's light when he saw the drinking fountain. The temple provides drinking fountains and toilets, and the environment is quiet. From the trail behind the monastery, you can also climb the scissors rock mountain, and those who have psychological barriers to the big rock wall section can choose to walk this way.
B	Ben Hsu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The temple, literally meant "Bamboo Moon Temple", is located in Taipei Neihu District Jinmianshan (Gold Face Mountain) hiking trails. It provides a good rest stop for mountain hikers, although occasionally, it has religious events for the worshippers. It seems that it mainly worships Buddhist gods, although it also worships few folklore deities. The temple has 5 worship stands for incense worship, including Heavenly God. Free incenses are provided for the worshippers. Outsude the Temple, when caretakers are there, two or three dogs are chained and barking when visitors arrive at the temple area. However, dog barking stops when visitors stay around or when worshippers make coin donation in the center main worship hall's donation box (left side). When caretakers are not around, temple access may be closed. The temple does provide free access for water pump and water facuets, although bathroom was locked recently in 3rd quarter 2018. As of February 16, 2019, repairment and improvement of the temple's bathroom was done and open to the public. Visitors can take various bus services and get off at Lishan New Village, Neihu District, and then walk about 5 to 8 minutes along Lane 50, Section 2 of Huanshan Road. Visitors can also takeTaipei MRT Subway Wenhu Line and get off at Xihu Station and walk about 20 minutes to the temple. On the way to Zhuyue Temple, before mountain step climbing, there is a worship gathering place of I-guandao religious group.
