★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天下午過去時，剛好有一組客人要弄客製化的樣子，因為有另外一位老爺爺想買打火機掃墓，但是一直聽不懂店員的解釋，專櫃小姐很認真很耐心繼續解釋給老爺爺聽，老爺爺始終不放棄，店員一直保持著耐心也繼續幫原本那位客人服務，擔心怕忽略到我，還特地過來跟我說有沒有需要幫忙的，給店員一個讚，很辛苦 加油

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本想給一星，多的一顆星感謝專櫃男店員認真幫忙處理問題?
前幾天在逛時也是同個店員認真協助我選購讓我選到了自己很喜歡的款式，當天非常開心，但回家測試後發現加購的雙管型內膽怪怪的。實際到專櫃測試後店員也說好像真的有點問題就請經理協助。 但經理回覆說沒辦法直接更換給我需要等測試後才可以更換。心裡不是很舒服，感覺很像是我們弄壞的一樣然後要測試真的不是我們弄壞的才能更換。
同事說Zippo品質很好可能是我運氣真的很差才會剛好買到籤王吧。 對於問題處理的方式有點失望。也謝謝最後經理還是有換給我，很感謝，但好心情依舊回不去了。 再次感謝男店員認真協助我處理有問題的內膽。
