★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 過年前是有多欠業績，星期天晚上9點四十幾分，在芒草比人高偏僻的角落被開違停的罰單，反而交通主要道上的違停白天晚上比比皆是，也沒看到被開罰單，奇怪的行政裁量權標準。
標準的養套殺，平常放任不管，遇到需要補業績的時候再出來「出草」嗎?
日後有再注意同一路段，過了傍晚一樣停整排車。被衝業績的警察開單只能自認倒楣。
說轄區是桃園違規停車最嚴重的地方是言過其實，中壢市區有逆向臨停在紅綠燈的斑馬線上，小轎車占用卸貨停車格，巡邏警車路過也是視而不見沒有舉發。更有下車購物就直接停在慢車道正中間，完全沒在靠邊停。更何況停車沒靠路肩，讓路過車輛要跨越雙黃線才能通過的情形，所在多有。
