Passed by many times, but because of the unique smell... Got the courage to try it today... Try to overcome the psychological barrier... The soup is very rich, I think it should be the unique flavor of the aged brine. The portion of the kueh is good and the doneness is just right. The side dishes are the meat on the lips (50 yuan) and the scalp (40 yuan), and they are all handled well. If you have been there, you can try it out, full of special flavors.

This is the two kinds of noodles in their home next to Kueh Tsai Soup. Originally I thought fish balls were meat-wrapped, but they weren’t. Wontons I thought were delicious, but they were horrible. Braised pork. I thought it was natural red glutinous rice, but it turned out to be made chemically. Such a bowl is a lot of money, regret it! The point is that it is unpalatable!

?Kui Tsai Soup (Small): It's really stinky. I don't know why the whole store has a strange smell, but the soup is not bad, you can try it. ?Pig scalp: ordinary pig scalp.

I watched a TV introduction many years ago, but I have long forgotten it. Today, when I visited Qidu Market and saw the word "stinky" on the sign, I suddenly recalled the memory and I just ordered and tasted. The ordinary noodle stalls are not large and not tidy. The biggest feature is the huge soup bucket in the store with the special smell of slurping and boiling pork offal. I ordered the stinky kuih teow for $35, wonton noodles for $50, Gigula $20, and pig blood for $15. There are seven small pieces of small intestines and shallots on the kueh teow. It is acceptable to me who dare not eat pig intestines. The kuizi is thinner than traditional slats and has a taste. The soup is really rich and has a clean "intestine" taste, but it uses ready-made scallions. There is no oily aroma of green onions; the wonton noodle soup is lighter and the taste is so general, the small vegetable pig blood is very small and there is no sense of existence. The reasonable price of Jigula is a special snack only available in Keelung. It can be tasted with the sweet chili sauce and homemade chili sauce provided by the store ; It feels good to go to the market and taste stinky kuehzai and jigula. Although there are parking lots around, it is not recommended if you go there by car. You may be disappointed.

Qidu's famous stinky kuey thai soup, smells a bit stinky, but it doesn't taste good. It's smoother than expected. I'm afraid of the taste. The dry kuey thai is delicious.
