Company History

ZOBR shoes has begun since 1988. Mr. Huang completed his first shoes at a small workroom in Anna township. His wife has been a crucial partner during his startup life, and a best product designer.  They insist their belief in manufacturing premium quality shoes for thirty years. The main core of our company is that we persist in research, development, and design, including shoe-pads, types, and soles.

The first male casual shoes, being ergonomic and excellent hand-made, were made at a small workroom in Anna township.  We visit each shoes store in order to promote our first hand-made shoes in initial stage.

To establish the brand image, the loafers and flats were designed with a casual style.  At that time there was no international trade show and any marketing method to reveal our new design. We made possible efforts to express our concept of making shoes by visiting every store. Because of the success in our first works, we have more opportunity to present our next generation products in all corners of the shoes market.

The first public shoes trade show was at the Mandarina Crown Hotel, we attempt to announce avant-garde style with high sole as well as air cushion shoes. Nevertheless many purchasers hold doubtful perception about the new designs, they put the products on the shelf. The new design caught everyone’s eyes immediately. Since then ZOBR design has founded a prominent reputation.

We have added proper elements into our design and developed more shoes style to adapt oriental foot for comfortable wearing. During 2002, we released a higher and hidden high sole which were completely different designs at that time in order to fulfill various consumer group requirements.

We endeavor to develop diversified brand styles. The brand development would not confine our self in some specific consumer group. We mean that the brand should be a multi-faceted development. And the name, Zobr, has stamped on millions shoes during twenty years. The main core of our company is that we persist in research, development, and design, including shoe-pads, types, and soles.

Having the honor to get Taiwan-made Product MIT Smile Logo and the designate design shoe factory of the 2010 Taipei International Flora Exposition.
