The steel rope inside the cart was broken in less than a few months, which caused the car to be unavailable. I called you for repairs. I called three times in total and waited for three weeks without receiving any reply.

I bought a Jazz2 and needed to take the car back to the company for personal adjustments. The overall customer service staff was very good. During the waiting period, they also asked me if I needed coffee, and I felt valued. The car is very easy to push and the weight is right. highly recommended!
