我是zoss從開業到至今一直以來支持的客戶,也推薦很多朋友.但對於這次的染髮我真的無法接受這麼嚴重的錯誤.忠孝店是我第一次去的分店 因當天有事情至東區所以選擇此分店,沒想到在這高級地段 居然有這麼不專業的髮型師(女)及服務態度這麼不友善的櫃檯人員(男).只是單純的染髮與剪髮也能做到如此程度,因原本髮色較淺經過溝通後相信專業便由髮型師推薦新的髮色 。沒想到染後出現新舊染色根本沒過色.浪費時間金錢還傷髮質要重新染過.這樣的不專業讓我再也不想踏入這家店.我一向以善待人所以並沒公開名字.但對於此事我真的不想再看到別人受害.請檢討你們該有的專業及服務態度. *請別拿消費者做為你的練習機會,而是做好你的技能訓練再來接待顧客.
