永安區公所結合新港社區發展協會，發揮創意將消波塊改造成海鳥造型，將廢棄漁船重新粉刷油漆變成戲沙場，種植各色繽紛花草植物，融入在地意象，在永安海邊打造出這座鑽石沙灣公園。
 This is a lovely park next to Yongxin Fishing Port.
Yong'an District Office combined with the Xingang Community Development Association, used its creativity to transform the wave-absorbing block into a seabird shape, repainted the abandoned fishing boat into a playground, planted various colorful flowers and plants, and integrated the local imagery to create this diamond sand on the seaside of Yongan. Bay Park.

美中不足的就是流動廁所非常的髒
非常的可惜
希望政府可以安排有人打掃
或是建設正式的洗手間。以維護環境乾淨。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 消波ブロックと三角コーンを上手く用いてデザインしたブサカワなキャラクターがそこかしこに置いてあって面白い場所です。またハートマークのオブジェも有り、絶好の撮影スポットではないでしょうか？。公園自体に遊具は無いのですが、レンガ敷きの散策路や多くの花が植えてあるので、心を癒してくれる場所です。
It's an interesting place with ugly characters designed with good use of wave-dissipating blocks and traffic cones. There is also a heart-shaped object, which is a great shooting spot, isn't it? .. There are no playsets in the park itself, but there are brick-lined walking paths and many flowers planted, so it is a place that will heal your heart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 乾淨的沙灘適合親子活動，公園內一些簡單的藝術造景、花卉點綴，顯得較有生氣。黃昏微風徐徐吹來，消除不少暑氣。玩累了柱子旁設有自來水清洗，可說是貼心的設計。
The clean beach is suitable for parent-child activities, and some simple artistic landscaping and flower embellishments in the park are more lively. The evening breeze blew slowly, eliminating a lot of heat. When you are tired of playing, there is tap water next to the pillar for cleaning, which can be said to be a thoughtful design.
