請業主不要只會一直把問題往房客身上推不然就是一直隱藏回應, 先說漏水問題 去年七月初入住,某一次次下雨後回家發現,室內靠窗戶的區域都是積水,桌上的物品包含電腦都在泡在積水裡 租客也是很願意負責的很快找來師傅處理這些漏水問題 但也因為這個工程衍生了後續很多的問題 最嚴重的首推發霉,發霉出現的時間點就是在頂樓防水工程施工之後 之前窗戶會漏水進來,師傅說是頂樓的防水有問題,導致下雨後頂樓的積水流進房間 施工後把這問題改善之後, 房間天花板開始出現發霉的現象,而且擴散的速度很快,一天比一天大面積 房間潮濕的問題也越來越嚴重 房間內也出現反潮的問題,只要天氣冷,窗戶就會因為返潮又導致房內大積水,如此惡性循環 最令人不開心的是業主把這問題推到房客在房內曬衣服?!?!?!?!? 我們打從入住以來,衣服都是拿到租客提供的付費式洗脫烘去烘洗衣物 但不管那洗脫烘怎麼設定,無論是一小時還是三小時等等之類, 烘出來的衣服都會有一點微微的溼溼感,說不上全乾,但總感覺直接收入衣櫃也不太好, 所以會把衣物先鋪在房內等他全乾,但基本上這些烘乾過的衣物離全乾也不遠了,畢竟都烘過了 這樣的模式從7月入就一直持續了,都是烘乾後先鋪著等全乾才收 房內出現發霉也是頂樓防水工程做好之後才開始出現,防水工程也是年底才進行的 結果業主把房內潮濕推給市內曬衣服?! 別忘記還有返潮問題,反潮的積水不會比漏水還少,都有照片為證, 這麼多的積水你業主說是室內曬"烘乾過的"衣服產生的積水嗎? 另外補充一下 入住時也遇到大大小小的狀況,整層停電, 房間內主控開關失效,導致電燈要持續開著 天花板發霉的處理方式是漆油漆,然後房間內也不通風,油漆味道會殘留好幾天 廁所會有臭味從馬桶飄進來 以上我想都是因為大樓設備老舊的關係 另外業主還反擊說房客不換房間 這是因為前一次防水工程的換房經驗很不好 當初因為他們要施工防水工程,需要房客換房間以利師傅進去施工, 我們沒有二話就配合換房 換房間那段時間生活也是很多不方便, 當時也沒有給房客確定時間,去詢問還會不耐煩 發霉之後問我們願不願意換房間放師傅去處理,結合之前的換房經驗,師傅工期不確定性,加上租約也快到期剩一兩個月 而且已經在考慮要不要續租,所以就沒有再換房 這些是我們入住時遇到的問題跟大家分享

The staff was very helpful, common facilities (washing room, lounge area, etc.) were great, location was oke. However, I did experience some inconveniences during my 2-month stay when it came to my room. Inconveniences you would not expect from a room at this price range. I stayed in the superior room type (no. 1722) which had the following issues. - The flushing system didn’t work well. As a result, there was a bad smell in the room. - There were small flies all over the room. I think they came from the venting system of the bathroom. I must say that my friend, on the other hand, who stayed in the exact same room type as me (no. 1822) did not have any of these issues. So it might have been bad luck. I would recommend to thoroughly check the room before renting it out.
