★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這天點了原汁滿漢牛肉湯餃，看到"滿漢"兩個字應該是非常的豐富，但餐點來了真是有點小失望，除了水餃很大，其餘牛肉牛筋牛肚都是少少又小小，湯頭是挺清爽，可是真的一點都不滿漢吼……

來這用餐是因為騎車常常會經過，一直想說有機會來試試看，就這樣過了很久一直沒來吃，現在終於才來訪（汗
****湯頭部分真心覺得不錯，一喝再喝，不是紅燒，湯頭不是重口味卻不會過於清淡，入口先感受到牛肉之香味而後再釋放出中藥香，醇香的湯頭也夠味。
十分建議一定要點辣的，不會太辣又能提升整體湯頭，加分～品嚐後可以再加上他們自製的酸菜（不酸、微甜）湯頭會變得更為甘甜，不過如果不喜歡太甜的感覺，建議酸菜適量就好
***麵體為一般細麵，沒有什麼特別之處
**牛肉部分老實說我個人認為是敗筆，雖使用澳洲牛肉，但是吃起來口感微乾柴無嚼勁，肉質也很普通，實在覺得可惜
*****值得一提的是這家店免費續湯，隨便你喝！！這也是我給4顆星的關鍵，因為我認為這家店的賣點是湯！所以想喝多少湯+多少酸菜，只要你不浪費就不怕妳吃，很棒的一點

**** The soup head part really feels good. Drink it again and again, it is not braised. The soup head is not heavy but not too light. The flavor of beef is first felt at the entrance and then the traditional Chinese medicine flavor is released.
It is highly recommended that you order something spicy, not too spicy and can enhance the overall soup. Extra points ~ you can add their homemade sauerkraut (not sour, slightly sweet) after tasting. Sweet feeling, recommend the right amount of sauerkraut

** Beef to be honest, I personally think it is a failure. Although Australian beef is used, it tastes slightly dry and chewy, and the meat is very ordinary, which is a pity.
