★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best authentic beef noodles I had in Taichung or even Taiwan. We had the premium spicy soup version that comes with everything. It was many times better than Ding Tai Fung’s. The broth taste like “cow essence”, the noodles (dao xiao mian) was chewy, the beef and tendon just melts in your mouth.

50yr old recipe.
I had the limited edition "knife cut" special beef noodles at 300twd. It was amazing.
Their appetizer selection is also generous.
Everything is delicious and price is fair, great value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Beef noodles I've had since I arrived in Taiwan 3 months ago! Go for the NT300 dish and you will get a generous bowl of delicious meat and tendon! So good! May have to go again before we leave town!!
