★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's a meaningful place to me.... the old buildings were well renovated to be used for rental space ,many literary events …. Concerts hold here, you could find many people who use playground facilities in the public Space exterior, sitting on the green green grass in the Winter time....reminds me the Citiron Park in Paris near by River Side.
