★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我覺得來這間比去南西誠品的Aesop好太多了，服務態度真的差太多，這裡雖然不是一對一的服務，但專業度和親切度比較起來相差500倍吧！很多東西也都比Aesop好，很喜歡其中綁馬尾的一位女店員，非常親切且詳細的為我介紹許多產品，不厭其煩的和我一起討論，但她也不會一直跟著你推銷你，反而是看到你有需求的時候才走過來向你介紹，這種購物的感覺非常好，往後我都會來這間購買。
I think this is much better than Aesop in Nanxi Eslite. The service attitude is really too bad. Although it is not a one-to-one service, the difference between professionalism and kindness is 500 times! Many things are better than Aesop. I really like a female clerk with a ponytail. She introduced me many products very kindly and in detail. She took the trouble to discuss with me, but she will not always follow you to promote you, but I only walked over to introduce you when I saw your needs. This kind of shopping feels very good, and I will come here to buy in the future.

不知道到底什麼意思?是不是身上有附了什麼東西要幫我用眼神除靈？
真的很感謝店員。
等到詢問商品的時候態度突然就變好了，然後不喜歡介紹的商品質感想要再看看，只買了要補貨的商品，態度又變很一般？？？？
要結帳的時候完全沒有給任何試用品，只是我之前去其他分店,每次詢問肌膚或頭髮問題都有給試用品，
我去了這家店瞬間明白了那是人家施捨給你的，不是應該的。我懂了。
以後我會乖乖上國外網買的，財力不够無法在店裡消費夠多是我的問題。
