★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外装がとてつもなくボロいビル。北門・台北郵便局・鉄道局など綺麗な歴史的建物が並ぶ中、悪い意味でとても目立つ。猥雑さは九龍城寨並、台北の負の遺産だが、近年は看板がだいぶ撤去されて、いくぶんマシになった。ただ外壁が汚いままなので、ここはやはり所有者になんとかしてもらいたいと思う。
The exterior is a terribly volatile building. Beautiful historic buildings like Kitamon · Taipei Post Office · Railway Bureau are lining up, they are very prominent in a bad sense. The obstacle is the negative legacy of Taipei at Kowloon Castle, but in recent years signboards have been removed and it became somewhat better. Just because the outer wall remains dirty, I think that the owner will manage to manage this place as well.
