Authentic ramen with house special.

All the ingredients are too salty. Even after diluting the soup. Do not recommend. ?

First time trying chicken broth ramen. Very rich taste. Perfect egg and delicious tofu

At the first sight, it tastes good. However, it becomes salty ultimately. For BBQ rice which is also good, it is suitable for the people who love intense flavor. In my opinion, rice bowl is better than ramen. Apple Pay is available.

I like this brand of reman, so I came to this shop to compare same brand in Shen shan. The result, I was disappointed. Shen shan served quality is much better than this one. In this shop, they argued that different shopss serve a different flavor, but so called their taste earned this bad reviews. In Taipei City, people should go to Shen shan shop if you like this brand ramen.

This location is very strange, it's inside a commercial building in a food court area called Hoyii. I think it's connected to taipei main station, not too hard to find but kind of hidden. We absolutely love Menya no Musashi in Ueno so we have been looking forward to trying it in taipei since we can't travel. Got the set meal for two and enjoyed the two different tsukmens, one side dish (edamame), one fried dish (croquette) a drink and dessert for 749NT. I thought my chicken fish based tsukemen tasted pretty on point with lots of bamboo (Taiwanese style?!) And extra noodles. The chasiu was disgusting though, I didn't even eat a second bite as it was ruining my meal. It was chewy, with mostly fat, not flavorful, and just way too peppery like a cheap Taiwanese night market steak. Gross. That's why I give the place four stars. Everything else was fine, the other tsukemen (dark fish base sauce) was very salty but still good. Wish they could fix the charsiu. Our extra order of agedashi tofu was unnecessary and it was not worth ordering. Coke was great, dessert was this cheesecake like pudding. Credit card accepted.

Excellent ramen. The fish broth might seem a bit too strong for some people, but it’s a delightful flavor bomb that suits its springy, palatable noodles. The caxiu pork is tender and smoked, well seasoned to satisfactory. Other garnish are relatively mundane but not terrible. The portion and the price ratio is also pleasantly acceptable. Highly recommended.

Even though we can get free soup to make the ramen less salty, everything was too salty including the meat. Not our type of ramen. Popular though.
