Speaking of ginger, people usually think of ginger used in cooking. The part we eat is actually tuberous stems that run across the ground. Other members of the ginger family also have this thick underground stem, and most of the whole plant has an aromatic smell. Zingiberaceae is an important medicinal plant. In addition to perspiration, diuresis, and soothing colds, moon peach can invigorate the stomach and is an important ethnic plant. The ginger family in Taiwan is dominated by the genus Prunus. This area has collected a variety of low-altitude plants of the genus Prunus and other genus Zingiber plants from abroad.
