★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前去簡易分行開戶經驗很不好,需準備的資料很多都跟一般臨櫃不一樣,一開始我只帶了必要物品過去(開戶必備的雙證),行員也不會主動告知你需要帶的資料"全部"有哪些,只說你第二証一定要健保卡不是健保卡不能辦,前前後後跑了三次,還有一次去10點半還沒開門落空...(上網找不到營業時間),到了第三趟申辦,過程中才又說少了"信用卡"或"銀行帳戶",要我用自己手機打給信用卡客服要卡號或帳號,我印象中客服是不能提供卡號的,但想說抱持著相信行員專業的情況下撥電話過去,結果果真不可行,有跟一個看起來像當班主管的反應因行員都沒告知清楚跑了三趟的事,竟然只有簡單問一下旁邊的員工然後就跑去跟其他人聊天了,完全沒有認為自已員工有疏失或教育訓練不足的歉意。
最後結果就是電話費帳單寄來花了快40元然後跑了三趟+申辦時間約半小時,還沒辦法完成開戶,所以還是回到一般分行臨櫃辦理。
其實真的很想投訴,看最後一次服務我的行員雖然流程都不太熟,但服務態度算很客氣,可能是新人吧,又看當時應是主管的行員處理事情的態度感覺只會讓其他人背黑鍋,才沒有去投訴,不然我真的很不能接受反映了結果就嗯嗯喔喔然後跑去旁邊聊天事不關已的樣子,所以只能在這邊給一星。
強烈建議要來這間申辦前要先打客服問清楚準備資料再來,不然就是你錢包的東西最好帶好帶滿連存摺都帶著。
I had a bad experience in opening an account at a simple branch before. Many of the materials that need to be prepared are not the same as ordinary counters. At the beginning I only brought the necessary items (the necessary double certificates for account opening), and the bank staff would not take the initiative to tell you what you need to bring. What are the "all" of the information, just say that your second certificate must be a health insurance card, not a health insurance card. You can’t do it. I ran three times back and forth, and one time I went to 10:30 and didn’t open the door... (Can't find business online Time), when it was the third time to apply, it was said that the "credit card" or "bank account" was missing. I wanted me to use my mobile phone to call the credit card customer service to ask for the card number or account number. My impression was that the customer service could not provide the card number, but I want to say that I dialed the phone while I believed in the professionalism of the clerk. The result was really not feasible. There was a reaction that looked like the supervisor on duty. The clerk didn’t tell me about the three trips, so I could only simply ask the person next to it. The employee then ran to chat with other people, and did not apologize for the negligence or lack of education and training of his own employees.
The final result was that the phone bill came in and spent nearly 40 yuan and then ran three times + the application time was about half an hour. I still couldn't complete the account opening, so I went back to the general branch to handle it at the counter.
In fact, I really want to make a complaint. Although the staff who served me the last time were not familiar with the process, the service attitude was considered very polite. Maybe they were newcomers. I also saw that the staff who should be in charge at the time dealt with matters. I didn’t complain, otherwise I really couldn’t accept the result. Then I ran to the side to chat and talked about it, so I could only give one star here.
It is strongly recommended that you call the customer service to ask clearly and prepare the information before you come to this place to bid. Otherwise, it is best to bring your wallet full and even your passbook.
