 Right at the National Taiwan University Hospital MRT exit, I have convenient transportation after work and class. There is a lot of green light outside the window, and yoga is very comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環境很棒 工作人員很親切 捷運台大醫院站出來穿過公園就到了！如果是初學者，非常推薦上美華老師的課，可以伸展到，也不會有壓力，重點是上完美華老師的課之後真的很好睡!
The environment is great and the staff are very kind. The MRT National Taiwan University Hospital is just there after walking through the park! If you are a beginner, it is highly recommended to take Meihua teacher's class. It can be stretched to the point without stress. The point is that you really sleep well after taking the teacher's perfect Hua teacher!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a great hatha class at this very friendly studio this morning. It was challenging with several poses that I've never done in my 20+ years of doing yoga! It was 380 NT for a single class, and I appreciated that you can just walk-in as it's hard to find studios that don't require a membership in Taipei.
