★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沒聽過岡山有好吃的肉燥飯，但這家賣的魚皮與魚腸讓我想試試，這次吃了魚皮湯50元份量很足，不少客人也都點了魚皮湯，然後小魯也才20元，加顆蛋10元。
用餐環境還可以，重點是好吃，魚皮湯與小魯都不錯。
只是中午才去，真的太晚，果然魚腸已經賣完。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ザ・B級グルメ感が溢れる屋台。昼食の時間をずらして来たんだが、やっぱり地元の方々で満席。スタッフさんのおばさんは親切に席の案内をして下さったから、相席でもすんなりと座れた。本日はルーローハンの小と煮込み豆腐と味玉を注文。一口食べたらもう大当たり！安くて美味い！豚バラの脂身と赤身のバランスが絶妙で、タレの甘辛さはちょうどいい。ご飯もふっくらに仕上がっている。これで一杯20元(2021.12現在)は安すぎる。おそらく台北市の最安値だと思う。儲けは出るの？って心配するほどだった。
おかずの煮込み豆腐も美味しかったが、味玉は表面だけ色がついたほぼゆで卵状態。でもこれはこれでおいしいと思う。
魚肉が入ったクリアスープも結構人気だそうで、今度リピートするときはいろいろ注文してみようかな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店內員工都在忙內用的客人，外帶要等好~久~，貌似有3位阿姨在弄外帶客人餐點，但動作實在慢到不行，只是點個飯外帶就等好久，天氣又熱，比我們晚來10分鐘的內用客人早就在大快朵頤了，我們還在排隊，真的傻眼。
重點是招牌的控肉飯柴到不行，第一次吃這麼難吃的控肉，火雞肉飯完全吃不下去，配菜的蘿蔔還是啥的有股怪味，只吃了一個其他丟廚餘寧可不加，整體非常不好吃，又等好久，完全沒有那麼品質。

焢肉飯，選半肥半瘦的，肥的部份不會油膩感，不過瘦的部份就稍微乾柴了。滷汁的調味是比較淡口，也沒有黏嘴感，米飯粒粒分明煮的好吃。
火雞肉飯，雞肉是切丁的方式，味道不錯，可惜就是有點油腥味，個人不愛。
豆腐很軟綿，不過一樣淡口，可以加點醬油膏搭配。
用餐時間人很多，內用排隊找位置後點餐。

The tofu is very soft, but it is just as bland, you can add some soy sauce paste to match.
There are a lot of people during the meal time, so you can wait in line to find a seat and order food.
