★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best traditional ice I have found in Taipei. The price is great, the boss is kind and you can ask for ‘ Zhong He’, to try all of them, or choose just 3 or 4 toppings. There is ice or the sweet soup. They have tables and chairs. The takeaway container is also pretty cool. Recommended!
