It has been refurbished now, but it is not difficult to imagine the original appearance. Next to it is the Y17 Youth Activity Center. Among the tall buildings in Taipei, the appearance of such historical sites is also unique.

The clock tower of Caodongzong Big Benshan Taipei Courtyard is located at the intersection of Ren'ai Road Section and Linsen South Road. Open to the public as a municipal historic site (stairs and above the second floor are not open) The stone pier-like structure of the city gate, there is love and scenery, and there is a bell when you look up. The most impressive thing is ~ the palace lanterns stacked on stones. If you have the chance to pass by, please don't miss it easily!

Taipei City Historic Site, near MRT Shandao Temple Station/National Taiwan University Hospital Station, about 10 minutes walk. Zen Buddhism was introduced to Japan in the Tang Dynasty of China, and the Tao Yuan of the Cao Dong School of Japan was established as the monk's travel to Song Dynasty. It was designated as a municipal historic site in 1997 and managed by the Youth Development Office of Taipei City. It was originally named "Donghe Zen Temple Bell Tower". In accordance with the historical reasons of this building, it was renamed "Cao Dongzong Dabenshan Taiwan Bieyuan Bell Tower" in 2012. Occasionally, you can stop, look at the clock tower, visit the clock tower, peace of mind, joy. There are historic sites and treasures!

Linsen South Road is close to Ren'ai Road. It is a Japanese-style temple that is very conspicuous. There is a big bell inside. It was formerly known as the Bell Tower of Donghe Temple. It is managed by the Taipei Youth Development Office. According to the public information, this clock tower In accordance with historical reasons, it was renamed in 2012 as "Cao Dongzong Dabenshan Taiwan Bell Tower", which is not the Bell Tower of Taipei Bell Tower. You can only enjoy the exterior of the building on the first floor. At the other end, there is a sign indicating "Caodong Zong Donghe Zen Temple" on the left. You can reach the Cao Dong Zong Donghe Zen Temple to which this bell tower should belong along the side path. The bell tower is basically well maintained, the surroundings are neat and tidy, and the turf is flat, making people feel comfortable. It feels fresh at first sight.

The clock tower outside the Qingfa Office is suitable for admiring. There is also a place to take pictures on the wall of the National Taiwan University Hospital diagonally opposite, and there are also snacks around.

[Cao Dongzong Dabenshan Taiwan’s Bell Tower] "City Historic Sites"~ It is the remnant building of the Caodongzong Dabenshan Taipei Courtyard... The bell tower was built in 1930. The "building" is made of reinforced concrete, but the "details" are made according to the rules. The "roof" is a single-edged mountain, covered with Japanese black tiles, and the "ridge" is covered with ghost tiles... A large bronze bell is hung from the "inside" on the second floor, and the "outside" has a flat railing, which is quite ethereal! On the first floor, rough-faced stones are used, and arches are used to enter and exit, just like a city gate... This was originally a popular architectural style in Japan's Momoyama (1568~1603) and Edo period (1603-1867). By the 20th century, it became a modern and Japanese-style building!
