既然公司的退換貨政策很僵固,介紹產品時就應該要給客人最完整的推薦。畢竟你們最清楚自家產品!! 要買少女成長內衣的家長,建議自己先做好功課,多多貨比三家,黛安芬的產品也要自己先研究清楚,不要只聽她們的建議!!! 我們半年前才在這店消費,客戶購買資料完整。日前再回去買成長中孩子的內衣,店員直接拿單價$1780的產品給孩子試穿,試穿時雖合穿,但說不出哪裡不妥,直到穿一整天才知道哪裡不妥。拿未下水的內衣回去換,店員才說應該$1080那件才適合我們!!!! 當初購買時,怎麼沒把這件列為推薦之一啊啊啊啊? 我們還買三件欸!! 換貨時跟店員反應她們的建議有問題,她們完全以成年人的使用經驗來為自己做辯護。問題會發生,完全是你們沒給完整的產品推薦啊~ 難不成要怪消費者沒自己把你們的產品研究清楚嗎?那店員是幹嘛用的? 只負責銷售收款?? 貴店只能換貨,$1780 vs $1080價差很大,因為無退款政策,我們只能再補錢換到勉強適合自己的產品組合。 貴公司有透過簡訊傳產品滿意度的意見調查表連結給我,我填寫並反應這次很生氣的消費經驗,經過一週了,總公司也沒有人關切客戶銷費感受。因為氣不過,只好上google 抱怨,真的很想給零顆星的評價。
