客人萬一隨便把商品弄壞或者夾帶出去到底是？
而且店員態度很差完全搞不清楚狀況

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自助取貨就算了，也不引導客人該到哪一區找，找不到包裹跟店家反應，才問說包裹多大？然後店家才從倉庫拿出來，這不是整人嗎？！！
The self-service pick-up doesn't matter, it doesn't guide the customers to which area to find. They can't find the package and respond to the store, so they ask how big the package is. Then the store took it out of the warehouse. Isn't this a whole person? ! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員永遠不知道在忙什麼，櫃檯排隊結帳人一堆好像都看不到，硬要在旁邊把零食排整齊做一些雞毛蒜皮的事情也不先幫排隊人潮結帳

取貨時只被告知自助取貨就不理了，並沒有不接受這種模式，但態度很差也不引導，或是至少立個告示牌，讓客人找的很茫然。
而且講完後就跑到地下儲藏室去了，還要過去叫人才幫忙銷帳。
有另一個女店員則是先在旁邊滑手機，後來又神隱，不太懂是在幹嘛
只是路過取貨，但感覺真的很差，僅告知各位。
