★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務人員態度極差，回答問題不耐煩，卻又緊迫盯人，就是不懂才會問啊，不知道店家是不是覺得來光華商場要的就是價格，細心講解也可能去和更便宜的買，所以覺得服務客人這件事是個屁。幾個月連續兩次經驗，第一次被緊迫盯人，感覺問了很多問題，不買不好意思，儘管覺得不舒服但還是買了，結果昨天又去一次，一樣是問我的不熟悉產品，一樣回答的不耐煩，不一樣的是這次我直接走人。就爽啦!應該發起店員臭人就走人的運動，讓他們知道服務態度還是很重要的。
The attitude of the service staff is extremely poor, and they are impatient to answer questions, but they are eager to ask people. They only ask if they don’t understand. I don’t know if the store thinks that what you want to come to Guanghua Mall is the price. If you explain it carefully, you can buy it at a cheaper price. So I think serving customers is a shit. After several months of experience twice in a row, I was pressed for the first time. I felt that I was asked a lot of questions. I was embarrassed not to buy. I bought it even though I felt uncomfortable. But I went there again yesterday, asking about my unfamiliar product. I was impatient with the same answer, but the difference was that I left directly this time. That's great! A campaign to let the clerk leave and let them know that the service attitude is still very important.
