5月的時候於此店購買MHR Switch pro手把 回家使用發現是屬於L鍵災情的手把之一(L鍵有時無反應),但因為立刻遇上3級警戒無法立刻退換貨,今天前往該店詢問是否可退換貨,立刻被以極度糟糕的態度回應說不可退換貨請我自己前往原廠進行維修。 當時真的讓人想要飆髒話,我今天從你這個經銷商購買到有瑕疵的產品,若無法由該店解決,需要去送修原廠我是可以理解的,但是你賣給我瑕疵品的事實無法改變,我認為身為受害的消費者尋求好一點的態度、以及積極一點的協助處理方式是一個合理的要求,今天一副你活該誰叫你沒7天內來換貨的口吻跟語氣實在是讓人不敢恭維,更何況現在是屬於須配合政府政策隔離也不是我的疏忽的情況下。當初慫恿我購買此貨物的店員也是一副事不關己的表情。說實話我從來沒有寫過如此嚴厲的負評,因為我本身也是有做過客戶服務的工作,知道很多銷售人員感到無可奈何的情況,但該店的處理態度促使我憤怒的打出一顆星,而若可以給負星的話我會毫不猶豫。 往後我不會再與此店進行任何交易,並且我會確保平常與Switch、PS社群玩家談論於何處購買電玩相關周邊時,宣傳貴店的"接客準則"

為了找switch 遊戲,特別跑了一趟台北車站地下街,把賣switch 遊戲的店家都逛了一遍,發現價格相當混亂,很多黑心店家都賣訂價,或者是報現金價,刷卡要另外加成,這個是違法行為。一片遊戲,價差好幾百,是當玩家是笨蛋嗎?不會多逛幾家比價格嗎?最後得到結論是摩力科的售價最便宜且刷卡不加價。買完之後,看了一下谷歌評價,發現分數爆低,被一堆看起來就是來亂的給一堆負評,是同業競爭眼紅,故意來亂的嗎?店員臉色臭?難道其他的有比較好嗎?明明都一樣,就是付錢,拿貨,走人。價格便宜勝過一切。我還要感謝店員有良心,因為我要買封面是中文的台灣公司貨,後來他拿了水貨給我,我說我要中文的,他後來換給我,也沒有另外多收錢。台灣公司貨的成本比較高,拿去賣二手,價格也比較好。不過我現在改去士林遊戲頻道購買,因為他們家更便宜,雖然是現金價,但是他們只賣台灣公司貨,我不需要花時間貨比三家。
