★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4/15投保到現在核保有沒有過都不知道到現在,等待期間打電話過去說好一個月到現在已經一個多月了也沒消沒息!倘若不核保當初申請時就該拒絕而不是讓民眾大排長龍以後一直蓄意拖延!而且你們官網說除非去分公司投保會晚處理我他x的我是去你們總公司保的欸!這不是蓄意拖延這叫什麼?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爛死了,申請個防疫險理賠到現場還叫客戶自己去7印資料,我不是沒有印沒有做功課,早上已經去7花了30元印了大部分的資料,只是日支的部分不知道要怎麼證明因為看診紀錄上沒有寫開幾天的藥,藥袋上才有寫但藥袋上又沒有寫名字,不知道要怎麼證明所以到現場詢問,西裝男叫我自己去7印,證件存摺也不幫忙印,還回我說一般人都是自己去印(言下之意就是你不去就很機車的感覺),後來我問另一位先生日支理賠的金額他不知道進去請辦公室小姐出來解釋小姐的態度也很差,連PCR會開3天藥都不知道,給個東西用搶的,跟他說他態度不好還回我:你態度也沒多好啊!哇!真是開我的眼界耶!先講一下為什麼我會態度不好因為那位小姐叫我自己把藥袋拍照然後拿去7印,請問我用手機拍照完要怎麼印我還沒試過,而且他們現場就有印表機印很方便的東西為什麼還要叫客戶自己去7,我不相信當初買保險的時候你們會讓客戶自己去7印,根本把你當乞丐!
後來我實在太不爽請他們主管出來跟他說我要投訴那位小姐,主管居然還不提供我那位小姐的姓名,那位小姐還遮住他的識別證然後走掉,真的是一整個素質差到爆掉耶!主管還大言不慚的跟我說來辦事本來雙方都要態度好,真的氣死人!講難聽一點你有什麼資格要求客戶阿!我有資格挑剔你的服務因為我有付錢,你有什麼資格講我阿!媽的爛死了一點都不會做生意,把客戶當乞丐,做生意是要長期培養客戶,不是因為這次你要賠錢就可以態度差,客戶拿了錢就再也不會來你這間公司了,有夠傻!我是第一次成作貴公司的保險,但態度和服務真的是讓人不敢恭維,連之前申請學生保險的專員態度都沒這麼差,這次的保險還是額外花錢買的,以後列為拒絕往來戶了!反正你們的態度就是拿到錢就滾!???
PS到現場要會吵架理賠才會快,不要怪為什麼客戶態度差,因為不差你們的服務就很爛!
