下班騎車行經不常走的永貞路,正在思考晚餐要吃甚麼的時候,偶然發現這家店,瞥見門口等待的客人還真不少,身為台南人,酷愛炒鱔魚的我,忍不住停下來嚐鮮一下。 點了乾炒鱔魚意麵小辣,和一份錦魯鱔魚,店家上菜的速度還挺快的,不到十分鐘,兩道都齊了,還有一壺...湯...沒錯,就是湯。 吃了一口麵,口感Q彈,不會太乾也不會太爛,炒鱔魚的醬汁也有入味;鱔魚的口感也很Q很脆,口感不輸南部在地店家,重點是份量不小,吃完還真有點飽。 錦魯鱔魚,其實就是台南的生炒鱔魚,鱔魚肉質又香Q又脆,勾芡的湯汁酸酸辣辣中帶著些許甘甜,十足南部道地口味,如果搭配意麵,應該會更入味...下次有機會,一定要反過來點? 最後就是湯,我猜應該是用鱔魚骨熬出來的(忘了問店家,下次問問看?)。一整壺,根本三個人的份量?,但湯頭鮮甜不膩,讓我忍不住喝了三碗。 兩道加起來兩百五十元,論份量和口感,CP值算中上,有機會必帶家人一起去品嚐。
