★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three photos don't do the flavor justice! The chicken rice (雞肉飯) is really delicious and very cheap! Many of the other dishes are also excellent, even the egg (滷蛋) is not hard like a lot of other places make it. Try the mixed meat rice (雞魯飯) if you want a more salty flavor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend this little clean traditional Taiwanese food restaurant in Taipei. You can eat like me chicken rice, crispy spareribs and radish soup & boiled green vegetables (with mashed garlic soy sauce and lard) for dinner. It is not expensive at all and very delicious !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stop by for a simple yet affordable lunch. Would recommend the braised pork rice bowl and pork cheeks, both are very savory and just outright comfort food. The other dishes I had was normal. English menu is available too for those who do not understand Chinese.
