★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I bought my new suitcase, I didn't really know what I needed so it was great that the staff, especially Hansson, could help me well in deciding what I needed for a flight overseas. Explaining to me why a few brands break easier on flights and therefore are not too good for my purpose is one of the reasons why I would definitely recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection and amazing service. Even though I was only looking for a basic cheap case the salesperson was still extremely helpful and did not try to sell me something I didn't want. He was very thorough in explaining the features of the case I ended up buying and made sure I knew about the warranty on it. He even looked up the most direct bus route for me to make sure I could get back to my hotel. Highly recommended.
