★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there at Saturday afternoon, there are lots people already waiting, but only a few staffs were handling the customers. The wait time is ridiculously long. Finally went to Synnex near by where can also fix mi’s products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Free repair (battery was bulging from overload). No native English staff, use Google Lens and Translate to communicate. Took 4 hours.

I'm not a good Chinese speaker, but still they used google translate to clarify my doubts and resolve the mobile phone issue with lots of patience. Very nice Team. Thank You MI

The staff here are friendly and have given me two free replacements for my headphones, in the few months since I bought them
*Five replacements in about 9 months

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really fast and good service. Just be careful not to come here on weekends or during lunch hours. The place is then packed with old people trying to get their Mi home appliances fixed.
Price wise it's within expectations. Usually things are repaired within 3 hours. They have all parts on hand.
They do not sell any Xiaomi products though, so you can't even pick up an accessory while here.

I ask can they sell battery to me and they also refuse...
What kind of policy is that ?
I think I should never buy any Xiaomi products anymore !
I don't know where to find another repair place to get original battery...
Is that mean I need to throw away this phone if can't find battery replacement ?
