The shortbread with lard and shallot filling is delicious and the crust is crispy and the first place. The pepper cake is made with a similar puff pastry and different from the traditional one. I don't like the meat filling and it's a bit dry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小酥餅汁水充足蔥香濃郁,讓內餡味道很夠,但有點太濕反而讓餅皮內側口感糊糊的。
胡椒餅第一口是明顯的蔥香,吃到中段胡椒味才和肉餡香出現,吃完還有留有一點胡椒尾韻。整體胡椒不重,反而蔥味很突出。
The shortbread has plenty of green onion and rich flavor, which makes the filling taste enough, but it is a bit too wet and makes the inside of the crust sticky.
The first bite of the pepper cake is the obvious fragrance of green onion, and the aroma of pepper in the middle does not appear until the aroma of meat filling, and there is a little pepper end after eating. The overall pepper is not heavy, but the onion flavor is outstanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 胡椒餅汁多,外皮酥脆,胡椒味重,肉吃起來應該瘦肉居多,不過一開始吃起來感覺沒什麼肉香味。
小酥餅比較驚艷,蔥很香裡面還有汁。
The pepper cake is juicy, crispy and peppery. The meat should be mostly lean, but it doesn't taste like meat at first.
The shortbread is more amazing, the onion is very fragrant and there is juice in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They no longer uses the traditional cooking method here. Instead, they use a modern oven. This completely changed the taste of the bia! The meat is no longer juicy, the soup inside is gone, and the crust wasn't crispy anymore. Very disappointed.
