X	X X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 四月初有購入一雙防水鞋，但後續發現鞋款有滲水瑕疵，聯絡品牌商，品牌商請我與商家協商解決。攜貨到店時，包手刺青葛～專心的傾聽完我的問題，雖然他沒有權限直接解決，但他有將我的狀況紀錄下來，並開單據親切的告訴我，5天內等候通知。當我離開店家時，還衝出來再詢問我滲水的位置在哪，好讓我能將問題更精準的轉述給上層。事隔兩天，店長有來電與我溝通，說道：「將該品牌退到總公司，換一雙絕對沒問題。但該品牌對於防水機能較為青澀些，如果又有瑕疵會造成我的困擾，有沒有可能請您到店由店員再替您找出適合的鞋款呢？」。言詞非常友善，也讓我決定信店長一把再挑選防水鞋。不久到店開始挑選，我一口氣拿了三雙鞋請店員協助我找尺寸，挑選過程中，店員都有提到每雙鞋的特性，如大金底硬核的抓地耐磨性、輕量中靴熱血的便捷長途性、運動取向的舒適柔軟性，期間靜靜的待在旁邊等待著，讓我自己從選擇障礙中，找出自己需要什麼面向的鞋款，這服務非常了不得啊！選擇好後，態度也非常好的將其餘款式收回。後面結帳店長很親切的與我閒聊，如有問題再回來決定沒有問題。整個過程非常的意外順利，感謝包手刺青葛～、另一名店員與店長。
