★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在2020/11時在網路上申請富邦證劵戶，中間都沒任何業務致電確認資料。一直到2021/1要下單買股票才發覺後台還沒設定好。打給客服才說會請人盡快致電，當天因工作忙錯失電話，就再也沒有留言與撥電話。
請問一下，富邦這個大公司，如果依舊用這種態度辦事只會把忠實顧客用跑！對富邦太失望了！
I applied for a Fubon Securities account on the Internet on 2020/11, and there was no business call to confirm the information. It wasn't until January 2021 to place an order to buy stocks and realized that the background hadn't been set. I called the customer service and said that I would ask someone to call as soon as possible. I missed the call due to busy work that day, and I never left a message or made a call again.
Excuse me, if Fubon, a big company, still uses this attitude, it will only run away its loyal customers! Too disappointed with Fubon!

After trying many times and finally getting through, the service staff asks you to wait for a long time before turning the phone away. It took almost ten minutes to ask a simple thing. It's not a free customer service line!
