It's sweet and not spicy.. It's hot and crispy and it becomes Q bombs when it's cold.. The salty crispy chicken doesn't absorb oil.. It's delicious

換老闆以後，買過一次，再也不敢恭維
雞軟骨沒炸熟
其他的東西油耗味很重
雖然鹹酥雞本身就是油炸品
但是火候時間對了，吃起來是香味不是油味
名為蒜翻天，每袋蒜頭只有2-3顆
跟之前大把的蒜差很大
不知何時才能回復以往的美味

蒜頭也變得軟軟爛爛很不新鮮 之前買的都是很脆很新鮮 很失望

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炸物的酥脆度較不是個人喜好的類型，魷魚不會乾，但就是沒那麼酥的感覺。雞蛋豆腐和杏鮑菇外皮存在感不重，稍微有點濕、油。但如店名算給的非常非常大方，如果是喜歡蒜口味的就會愛。老闆也很客氣親切，但排隊消化速度真的有點久就是了～
