★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點了紅燒跟清燉，湯頭沒有讓人很驚艷，但特別的在清燉的牛肉塊，應該是整塊燉煮後再作切塊擺入碗中，肉塊的份量足、有彈性、口感有嚼勁。
看似乾乾的辣醬內有牛油香，辣度夠，吃辣的人可以嚐嚐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チェーン店とはいえ、スープのレベルが高い。麺もコシがあって食感が良かった。牛肉は噛み応えがある方で、個人的にはホロホロ系がよかった。ラストオーダーのせいか、ネギが入れていない。
Even though it is a chain store, the level of soup is high. The noodles were also chewy and had a good texture. The beef was chewy, and I personally liked the horohoro type. Maybe because of the last order, there are no green onions.

我準備要吃 就聞到臭臭的味道 我以為是旁邊收桌阿姨抹布沒有洗乾淨！ 沒想到是整個湯 都是抹布味 發臭的味道！ 噁心? 要不是只能一顆星 不然我只會給0顆星

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從疫情開始後便不能內用，今天10/8 下午14點特地下去美食街看看，好不容易開放內用，來吃一下老董牛肉麵，沒想到大失所望。從點餐開始，年輕女店員戴著口罩說話還能讓人感覺活得不耐煩的討人厭態度，還沒吃到麵就一肚子火，想說肚子餓別跟她過不去，上菜一看湯麵分離就感覺不妙，吃一口果然淡而無味，完全沒有過往的好味道，只能加一堆酸菜提味，沒想到酸菜內居然有小石子，立馬吐了出來，再也不會光顧了。
