우려서 마셔보니 난향이 나며 수색이 연하고 향의 정도와 맛의 깊이가 굉장히 얕음.
시음은 100짜리만 할 수 있음.
나머지 등급은 찻잎만 보고 사야하는데 돌돌 말려있다보니 전문가가 아니면 봐도 잘 모름.
실제로 우려보니 찻잎보다 줄기가 더 많아서 쓴맛이 많이 남.
차 산지에서 살거 아니면 그냥 왕덕전이나 천인명차 같은 브랜드샵 가서 사는 게 나을 듯.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日本語通じます。老舗っぽい雰囲気が出ていていい感じです。数年前まで東京にも同名の中国茶店があったようです。
壁際にお茶の入った缶がたくさん並んでいます。烏龍茶はいろんなグレードがあるみたいだけど、日本人はおそらくほぼ全員、普通の烏龍茶の最高級グレードをオススメされるんだと思います。
お茶の品質は悪くはないと思うが、保存が良くないのかな？脱酸素状態で保管している他店の同価格帯の茶葉とくらべて、香りが飛んでしまっている気がします。
街中にある、観光客向けの販管費高そうなお店よりは、安価に良い茶葉が手に入ると思うので、足を伸ばしてみる価値はあると思います。

I think the quality of tea is not bad, but is it not good for preservation? I think that the smell has been blown away compared with the tea leaf of the same price range of other stores that are stored in deoxygenated condition.
I think it will be worthwhile to stretch out because I think that you can get good tea leaves at a lower price than shops that seem to have high SG & A expenses for tourists in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 忍者のイベントが終わりしたので忍者の格好で独りフラフラっと入店しましたら日本語で優しくご対応いだきました。台湾らしい飲み物は高山の烏龍茶かjasmine茶みたいで100〜400圓価格。300圓から金のパックになるのでお土産には高級感あり。その場でパックに詰められます。日本で買うとかなり高いのでお手頃です。一応写真許可取りました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのところコロナで台北には行けておりませんが、台北では必ずお寄りしてお茶を買います。特に金宣茶が最高です。大きま壷の中から茶葉を見せて説明してくれ、とても親切なお店です。お店の奥から叔父いちゃんが出てきてよくお話をしてくれます。もちろん日本語で。以前は日本の確か芝辺りにお店が在りそのお店が渋谷に移転したんですが、今もありますかね。コロナで台北に行けない間に買置きのお茶が無くなってしまいもどかしいい思いをしています。
I haven't been able to go to Taipei by Corona so far, but I definitely stop by and buy tea in Taipei. Kinsencha is the best. It is a very kind shop that shows the tea leaves from the large jar and explains. My uncle comes out from the back of the shop and talks a lot. Of course in Japanese. There used to be a store near Shiba in Japan, and that store moved to Shibuya, but is it still there? I'm frustrated that I've run out of stocked tea while I can't go to Taipei in Corona.
