★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 產品豐富，但服務不佳，去過二次遇到不同店員，對於產品問題吱吱嗚嗚，微胖男店員回答不出來就離開現場，最後老闆娘出來溝通。
店員都不了解公司產品，怎麼賣給消費者？
如果只想做大單、不想服務散客，就不要開店面，隔壁Blum展示間，說跟他們沒關係，不是Blum台灣總代理嗎？
價錢不統一，五金不便宜，也沒有發票，這樣合理嗎？ 有逃漏稅嫌疑！
 The product is rich, but the service is not good. I met different shop assistants twice and screamed about the product problem. The fat male shop assistant left the scene if he couldn't answer, and finally the proprietress came out to communicate.
The clerk does not understand the company's products, how can they sell to consumers?
If you just want to make big orders and don't want to serve individual customers, don't open a store. The Blum showroom next door has nothing to do with them, isn't it the general agent of Blum Taiwan?
The price is not uniform, the hardware is not cheap, and there is no invoice. Is this reasonable? Suspected of tax evasion!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我覺得是網站做的太好被誤導了,其實就是一間很老很舊的傳統五金行,跟自家巷子裡的差不多。一般消費者如果要買東西,最好是直接找到型號(問題是五金很難知道型號,就算知道了,店家也不見得願意幫你)...
簡單來講,一般消費者去,真的很容易被氣死,他們也不一定想賣你
還是讓專業大量的人員去採購...沒那個量,不要去找氣受
