★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人覺得未拆封的筆芯不給更換,而且是在購買後就去更換,不太合理:)首先昨天買的筆芯並沒有拆封,而且發票也都有留存,到底有沒有違反消保法的規定呢?再來是筆芯在店內,本來就是由店員拿給顧客,有可能會拿錯商品,比如要0.5的卻拿成0.38給客人,客人要更換卻又不給換?但是這種狀況店員也必須付一點責任吧?要不然建議還是給客人自行選擇商品。至於店員態度,就是不太好,但也能理解服務業的辛苦拉哈哈,第一次留一顆星的評論,真是謝謝你們^^應該不會再去光顧喔也沒有時間去消保處詢問,所以買錯的筆芯我就當作慈善拉。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買個文具,ㄧ樓的收銀女士(短髮有點年紀),擺著ㄧ副撲克牌臉,我先表明要載具時,她冷眼ㄧ直看著我,完全不講話,這種態度讓人不敢領教,我掏了剛好的錢遞給她,她刷完條碼後不吭聲,連句謝謝也沒有,我傻傻站著等,到底⋯?結帳完了嗎?我可以離開了嗎?從頭到尾都沒開句金口,好差勁的服務態度,不會再去光顧了? 建議貴店教育ㄧ下該員工。
