★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我也是跟台南的業務陳先生（好棒棒）租的房子，服務態度非常好，陪看五樓的房子樓梯爬上爬下的，這間不滿意又馬上再安排看別間，因為他的積極認真才會順利租到現在的房子。
房子無論大小，裝潢、租金、地點都很符合自己的需求，甚至比自己原本所期許的都還要更好。
租到房子之後就變成了朋友，不時的也會聯絡，問候和關心一下現況。
很感恩有這樣的緣份，很感謝他的幫忙才讓我這個異鄉人到台南能有一個安心舒適的棲身之處。

4. 更換修繕部件樣式且無事先告知；
5. 施工不完全，相關部件仍拆除放置在外，未協助復原至原狀。
